Since my knee injury on April 1st I have not really exercised. Actually I have only been doing my knee exersises given to me by the physical therapist. I was watching what I was eating in the meantime but for these past few weeks I've been indulging on anything and everything which is not good. I can feel the weight creeping up on me. Especially on my hips and waist. I've also been snoring, OH SHAME! Which I know is because of my weight gain.
I need to get back into blogging what I eat and exercises I can do.
I can:
WALK
STATIONARY BIKE
WEIGHTS (arms)
No running or squats just yet.
