Seriously considering...

NUTRISYSTEM. They are having there lowest price ever. For a month I can get food for $160 or so. My sister in law did it and she lost over 20lbs in 2 months without exersise. If I work out I can probably loose more if I stay disiplined enough. ???? Maybe.

Wow it's JUNE?!

Since my knee injury on April 1st I have not really exercised. Actually I have only been doing my knee exersises given to me by the physical therapist. I was watching what I was eating in the meantime but for these past few weeks I've been indulging on anything and everything which is not good. I can feel the weight creeping up on me. Especially on my hips and waist. I've also been snoring, OH SHAME! Which I know is because of my weight gain.
I need to get back into blogging what I eat and exercises I can do.
I can:
WEIGHTS (arms)
No running or squats just yet.

Week 2,Wednesday

Looking at my picture of how I look now makes me want to keep losing the weight. I will try and post at least one in 4-6weeks. I am sure I will see some progress by then.

Breakfast: Wallaby organic yogurt w/mixed berries, cup of coffee w/french vanilla cream

Lunch: 2 hard boiled eggs (1 yolk). piece of cheddar cheese, 1/2 banana, 1/2 cup cottage cheese w/blueberries and walnuts. 1 can diet cherry coke, 10 cheezits.

Dinner: Turkey burger on whole wheat bun, 10 fries and 1 small regular coke. (girl at the drive thru messed up my order.) well at least I had a turkey burger.

no excersise. sore from yesterday.

Monday March 28th, 2011

Breakfast: NONE 1 cup of coffee w/french vanilla creamer

Lunch: 2 Indian kabob rolls. So good! it was marinated grilled chicken wrapped in naan bread. So good.
1 can diet cherry coke

Dinner: 1 medium greek seasoned pork chop w/steamed broccoli, 1 slice of sourdough bread, 1 bowl of salad (baby arugla) w/Annie's Lite raspberry dressing. 1/2 low calorie OJ.

Dessert: 1 small size Fosters freeze soft serve sundae w/strawberry topping. I should have skipped the whip but I didn't.

Excercise: 35 min elliptical set at "cross-training". 4 resitance. burned 300 calories.
Abs: 3 sets of 25
weights: thighs 3 sets of 10 at 45lbs.

my leggs are okay but my stomach is terrible.

Monday goal setting

I decided for now that on the weekends I will eat what I want. That doesn't mean I will go crazy but I will enjoy my weekends and not miss out on any good eats.
I didnt get to workout at all on the weekend. But that's okay I will not beat myself up about it. I just rested at home.
This weeks goals are to Workout 4 to 5 times this week after work. Eat well. And take my measurements and before and after pictures.

Friday March 25th, 2011

Breakfast: GNC chocolate lean shake, 1 cup coffee w/french vanilla creamer

Lunch: 6 in Subway sandwich (ham) no mayo all the veggies no oil, 15 cheezits, 1 CHOCODILE (bad), water.

Dinner: Girls night at Iris's: Z pizza 2 big slices, cup of bread pudding w/whip cream YUM! Artichoke w/butter and lemon pepper mayo YUM! 3 glasses of wine.
Stopped by Jack and the Box and got a chicken sandwich and an Oreo shake, I had the munchies. Darn oh well. I'll work out tomorrow!

Day two

Breakfast: bowl of cheerios w/banana, cup of coffee w/french vanilla cream

Lunch: 6in ham Subway sandwich no mayo all the veggies no oil, 15 cheezit's,
Wallaby vanilla bean yogurt (yummy!) and water.

Dinner: bowl of homeade chicken soup, salad w/Annie's Goddess dressing 1 tbs. 1/2 glass of low calorie OJ.

Dessert: instant hot chocolate w/marshmellows and a SPLASH of French Brandy.

Workout: walk on beach with Dave
