I decided for now that on the weekends I will eat what I want. That doesn't mean I will go crazy but I will enjoy my weekends and not miss out on any good eats.
I didnt get to workout at all on the weekend. But that's okay I will not beat myself up about it. I just rested at home.
This weeks goals are to Workout 4 to 5 times this week after work. Eat well. And take my measurements and before and after pictures.

Sounds like a good plan. As of today I am gonna get really strict about working out as well and counting my calories!
