Actual 1st day at Gym (yesterday)

Breakfast: lowfat yogurt and coffee w/french vanilla cream

Lunch: two hard boiled egg (nix yolks), 1 oz mild chedder cheese
small bowl of honey nut cheerios w/non fat milk. Water.

Hit the gym after work 30 min eliptical (interval) 5 min cool down. "sweating!"

Dinner: bowl of chicken soup w/low calorie OJ.

Dessert: two big slices of watermelon!!

Weigh in: ? blog tommorow about it. I'll take before pics too.
